SEMESTER-LONG EXECUTIVE FUNCTION Coaching FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS

Helping Students Build the Systems College Doesn't Teach — But Always Expects.

A semester-long program that helps students build their own systems for staying organized, following through, and managing the freedom college demands.

Structure • Accountability • Independence

THE PART OF COLLEGE NO ONE PREPARES THEM FOR

Whether They're Starting College or Starting Over, Follow-Through Is On Them Now.

College asks students to manage a lot all at once — and often without anyone checking in the way they're used to.

Deadlines. Priorities. Studying. Motivation. Sleep. Routines. Relationships. Independence.

Many students know what they should be doing.

The challenge is actually following through — whether it's their first semester figuring this out, or their second chance after a year that didn't go as planned.

Momentum teaches students how to build systems that make follow-through actually happen, so they can stay on track, recover quickly from setbacks, and carry those systems long after the semester ends.

Someone to help them plan ahead — before they fall behind, not after

Accountability that builds independence, not dependence

Practical systems your student can actually stick with

Encouragement and guidance when they feel stuck — without someone else taking ove

What momentum makes possible

Better Time Management. Less Overwhelm. Greater Independence.

Stay Organized

Prioritize what matters, plan ahead, and feel prepared — instead of constantly trying to catch up.

Manage Time

Turn knowing what to do into actually doing it, with real systems that make follow-through stick.

Build Independence

Build routines, confidence, and time management skills your student can keep using long after the semester.

WHAT PARENTS NOTICE MOST

Support Changes More Than Just Grades

"We’ve tried so many things over the years."

Even during her senior year, we were still the ones who had been keeping everything on track, reminding her about deadlines, helping her plan, managing the stress when things fell apart.

Learning strategies that actually fit how she thinks made all the difference.

She became more confident, more capable, and started believing she could do it.

She’s navigating college with more independence than we ever expected, and we’re finally able to step back!

What Parents and Students Are Saying

MEET KRISTA

Helping Students Build the Skills College Assumes They Already Have

For more than twenty years, I've worked with students who are bright, capable, and motivated — but who were never actually taught the systems college assumes they already know.

I created Momentum to give students real coaching, accountability, and support to build practical systems they can actually maintain — not just for one semester, but for the rest of college and beyond.

My goal isn't perfection. It's helping students feel more confident, capable, and independent — and helping families feel comfortable stepping back, knowing their student has what they need.

FOR FAMILIES NAVIGATING THE COLLEGE TRANSITION

When Students Have Support, Parents Can Step Back with Confidence

College asks students to manage deadlines, priorities, and responsibilities without the structure they've relied on in the past.

Momentum helps students build the time management, planning, and follow-through skills they need to become more independent — while giving parents real confidence that their student still has coaching, accountability, and support along the way.

Because the goal was never for parents to keep managing everything. It's for students to gradually build the skills to manage it themselves.

Is Momentum the Right Fit For Your Student?

|

May be a great fit if your student:

Is starting college and has never had to manage their own time and deadlines before — even if they haven't struggled yet

Struggled with time management, planning, or follow-through their first year and wants this year to be different

Knows what they should be doing but has a hard time doing it consistently.

Would benefit from real coaching, accountability, and regular check-ins

Wants practical systems and support — not just another app

Not the best fit if your student:

✕ Is primarily looking for subject-specific tutoring in a particular class or topic

Wants someone else to consistently manage deadlines and responsibilities for them.

Isn't willing to engage in planning sessions, workshops, or accountability check-ins

Prefers a completely self-directed approach with little to no outside guidance or support.

✕ Is looking for a quick fix rather than building sustainable habits and systems.

A Few Questions Parents Often Ask

Will my student receive individualized support?

Yes. Students have access to planning sessions, office hours, workshops, weekly accountability check-ins, and the Momentum Community — where they can ask questions, celebrate wins, and get real coaching support throughout the semester. I personally respond inside the community within 24 hours.

Is Momentum coaching?

Yes — but it looks a little different from traditional one-on-one coaching.

Momentum combines real coaching support with time management and executive function skill building, planning guidance, and accountability throughout the semester. Students can post questions, share challenges, and get individualized coaching inside the Momentum Community, alongside planning sessions, workshops, office hours, and accountability check-ins.

My student struggles with follow-through. Will they actually participate?

This is exactly why most families join Momentum. Students don't need to already be organized or self-motivated to benefit — they need coaching, accountability, and real support, which is exactly what Momentum provides.

Through consistent check-ins, encouragement, and multiple ways to engage each week, Momentum helps students build confidence, habits, and follow-through over time — even if they've struggled with it before.

What if my student can't attend live sessions?

Momentum is built with busy college schedules in mind. Workshop recordings are always available, and students can stay engaged through weekly accountability check-ins and the Momentum Community — even on weeks they can't make a live session.

Planning sessions and office hours are scheduled with flexibility in mind, so students have multiple chances to get support, not just one.

How much time should students expect to spend in Momentum each week?

Momentum is designed to fit into a student's semester, not add another thing to manage. Some students engage with nearly everything Momentum offers, while others mainly attend planning sessions, join accountability check-ins, ask questions in the community, and come to workshops that matter most to them.

What types of students benefit most from Momentum?

Momentum is built for college students who want more coaching, accountability, and support — whether they're just starting college, or coming back after a semester that didn't go the way they hoped.

Many students have ADHD or executive function challenges. Others simply haven't had to manage their own time and deadlines before, and want real guidance building systems that stick — not just another planner or app.
