Ready to Launch

Live monthly workshops to give your senior the tools, confidence, and independence they’ll need before they ever step on campus.

$25 per workshop | $80 full spring series | replays included

Ready to Launch is a monthly workshop series that helps high school seniors practice the skills they’ll need for college like planning ahead, managing their time, and following through without constant reminders.

You Can’t Be Their Backup Brain Forever

Right now, you might be the one:

Tracking deadlines
Reminding them to start homework
Helping them decide what to do first when they’re overwhelmed

But once they’re on a college campus…

You won’t be there to manage the moving parts
They’ll need to handle deadlines, priorities, and stress on their own

Ready to Launch gives them the chance to practice these skills now, while you’re still nearby for support, so they arrive on campus confident, capable, and ready to manage life on their own.

More Than a Lecture

Hands-On Learning They’ll Actually Use

Ready to Launch is a live, monthly workshop series—designed just for high school seniors—that gives them the chance to learn, practice, and discover what works for their brain before they ever set foot on a college campus.

  • Live & Interactive – 60–75 minutes of active participation, real examples, and guided practice

  • Practical Tools – strategies, templates, and methods they can start using right away in school and life

  • Built for Self-Awareness – activities that help them understand their strengths, challenges, and how to plan in a way that works for them

  • Flexible – join live on Zoom or watch the replay anytime

Who It's For

The “I’ll Do It Later” Student

Has a hard time getting started without reminders, especially for students with ADHD or executive function challenges, and often waits until the very last minute.

The Overwhelmed Juggler

Feels stressed and seems urgent, struggles to prioritize tasks effectively, and may freeze or shut down completely when there are too many moving parts.

The Parent-Managed Planner

Relies on you to track important deadlines, break down large assignments, and keep them moving forward instead of learning to manage it all independently.

Skills They’ll Use Long After Graduation

By the end of each workshop, your teen will walk away with:

Practical strategies they can put into action right away in school and life

More confidence in handling deadlines, priorities, and daily responsibilities

Tools to stay on track even during low-motivation or high-stress weeks

Greater self-awareness about how their brain works and how to work with it

Independence in managing their own workload before they ever leave for college

Hi, I'M Krista!

Executive Function & ADHD Coach for College-Bound & College Students

I’ve spent more than 20 years working in leadership development and supporting students as they grow into more confident, independent versions of themselves. Today, I specialize in helping high school seniors and college students, especially those with ADHD or executive function challenges, build the skills they need to manage life on their own.

I created Ready to Launch because I’ve seen how overwhelming the college transition can be when students haven’t had a chance to practice things like planning, time management, and follow-through. These workshops give teens that space before the stakes are high.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about helping them build real-life skills and confidence they can carry with them long after graduation.

Don't Wait until college to Build These Skills

The habits your teen builds now will shape how they handle deadlines, stress, and independence in college. Give them a safe place to practice while you’re still nearby for support.
