Student Success Lab helps students build the planning, organization, study, and time management skills they need to navigate college with greater confidence and independence.
Short lessons • Practical tools • Personalized support
Students are expected to manage deadlines, long-term assignments, changing schedules, and greater independence almost overnight.
For many students, college is the first time they realize they were never taught how to plan their time, organize their workload, study effectively, or follow through consistently.
That doesn't mean they're incapable—it means they need practical systems, strategies, and support designed for the way they think and learn.
Planning and time management strategies
Organization systems that students can actually maintain
Study skills, routines, and systems for follow-through

Plan ahead, stay on top of deadlines, and reduce last-minute stress throughout the semester.
Use practical strategies to get started, stay engaged, and follow through with confidence.
Strengthen routines, self-advocacy, and systems they can rely on throughout college.
"We’ve tried so many things over the years."
Even during her senior year, we were still the ones who had been keeping everything on track— reminding her about deadlines, helping her plan, managing the stress when things fell apart. We honestly weren’t sure how she’d handle things on her own.
But learning strategies that actually fit how she thinks made all the difference. She started using them right away, and we could both see the shift. She became more confident, more capable, and started believing she could do it.
She’s navigating college with more independence than we ever expected—and we’re finally able to step back!

I've worked with students for more than twenty years and have seen the same pattern again and again: smart, capable students struggling not because they lack ability, but because they haven't been taught the systems college assumes they already know.
As a certified Executive Function and ADHD Coach, I created the Student Success Lab to give students practical strategies, structure, and support they can use immediately—and return to whenever they need it.
My goal isn't perfection. It's helping students feel more confident, capable, and independent semester after semester.

Students are not expected to implement everything at once. Module One helps students understand their executive function profile, identify their strengths and challenges, and determine which strategies are most likely to make the biggest impact first. The goal is to start with one or two meaningful changes that build momentum.
Not at all. Many students find the Student Success Lab especially helpful after a difficult semester or year once they realize college requires different systems, routines, and study strategies than high school.
No. Students receive guided support to help them get started and make meaningful progress.
Each week, they'll receive an email highlighting where to focus, recommended next steps, and suggestions for getting the most out of the course. Students can also ask questions directly inside the Student Success Lab and receive personalized guidance, encouragement, and support as they implement new strategies.
The goal isn't to use everything at once—it's to start with the strategies that will have the biggest impact and continue building from there.
Students receive lifetime access and can revisit lessons, templates, and resources whenever they need a refresher, a reset, or support during a busy season.
